Shantell is a good agent who has helped alot of people in our community. I just want to state that the fine by the commission that was imposed on Shantell did not explain in detail what transpired during the transaction and gives a false idea of the type of person she is. She would NEVER knowingly present any type of false information to or about anyone. She found out after she renewed her license for the year that her previous renewal for 2007 was not complete. The form to complete the renewal was sent to the wrong address even though she updated her info. with the boards. Her payment for both years were paid she was not refunded for 07 even though her app was said not to be completed. She did not know she need an affadavit signed b/c she never received notification about it. It went out to the wrong address. She was convinced not to persue these actions any further by the commissions investigator and now the truth of what happened is not being totally revealed. This is complete Wron
