Unhappy Customer sell a previous house with Ricky M Juban and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
We paid $400 for a an appraisal and he appraised our home at the lowest figure possible. We were unable to get our house refinanced becuase of his figures. Call your banks--many banks in the area will not even use him because of this. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way. IF YOU WANT THE LOWEST POSSIBLE APPRAISAL FOR YOUR HOUSE THEN PICK HIM. Thanks.
