- In a buyer's market, it's a challenge as a listing agent to get as many showings as possible to increase the chances of receiving an offer. I am constantly staying abreast of technology and changing ways of marketing to buyers, as well as making sure each of my listings is priced correctly and staged to show well to potential buyers.

- My dedication to client service. Many agents just sell and tell, but I'm not happy unless I'm exceeding client expectations in service and results at every opportunity.

- Training from the top real estate agents and trainers from around the country is extremely inspiring and motivating to always strive to improve my skills and level of service to my clients.

- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- With my family :) I have to say, I'm pretty content in Baton Rouge, LA, but I wouldn't mind living somewhere on the water someday...
