Lee Jolly is a consummate professional. 5 months into the start of the housing collapse, we found ourselves with the daunting prospect of putting our house on the market. It was the "most expensive" house on the block, with several Comps in the area more than 50K less than what we needed to clear out of the house. Her marketing, expertise and attention to detail, resulted in us receiving our first (and accepted) offer just 7 days after listing. She personally walked us through the offer, process and closing, and made what could have been confusing so very easy. I can't say enough about Lee and her ability to just "make it work".

This man is a CROOK with a capital "C" ... not only did he choose to ignore walk-thru punch lists and one-year punchlists altogether, leaving the customers who made him rich with astronomical repair bills for their newly, but very poorly built homes, but he just DUMPED the remaining 20 lots in our development by selling them to another builder for 1/4th of the price that we paid for our lots. And here's the real kicker: the homes the new builder is putting up start at $169K with most homes in here built by his company in the mid- to high-200's. Have already been told by a top Louisville realtor that thanks to this thief, we'll all be losing our asses when it comes time for us to sell. Thanks, Mr. Monsour, for lowering our property values because YOU CAN'T MANAGE YOUR OWN MONEY OR A BUSINESS. CROOK!

If your smart you will avoid this agent like the plague. She completely misrepresented the neighborhood I was purchasing my house in. She flat out lied to me during the purchasing process. Simply put, stay away or you will be disappointed

If you are in the market to buy in Louisville call Ray. He drove me around in his Lexus (which smells like air freshener) to dozens of stinky houses in my low price range. He isn't pushy but he will give his opinion if you ask him. He never pressured us to make a decision and even let us back out of two potential houses when we changed our mind. Finally we found a house we could afford and met our standards. He even helped me when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the water heater after closing. He is like a kind, wise uncle who is helpful, thoughtful and caring.

I still don't get these things! People can come on and say whatever they want, and nobody cares if it's true or not. They just assume it is! The truth is these people had their own personal Real Estate agent and had a Home Inspection with the inspector of their choice. They came with a list of repairs, and everything that was agreed to be fixed was fixed. They signed all of the papers after I agreed to pay almost every penny of their down payment and closing costs. After closing, I did agree to pay to repaint the bathtub. Evidently my painter did a poor job initially, so I assumed the obligation to repair the problem. Trust me, they new it was an old house!

He sold us a house he personally flipped. After we got in it a few weeks I started noticing stuff he just blew off. Like he spray painted our tub to look brand new. And when I tried to get him to pay for it he wouldn't pay for it all. The replacement windows weren't screwed in meaning they could have fallen out. There was glass allover the yard from all the old windows he'd replaced. The roof was not insulated in our sun porch and he knew but said nothing. And he knew there was leaking problems in the past he patched half heartedly and did't disclose it. People he painted over wall paper. When we went to paint it started bubbling everywhere. The craftsmanship he did is terrible how he sleeps at night is anyones guess. He's out for the fastest dollar. He could careless about you!!!
