- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- In my practice, commercial real estate is really a game of business strategy. Figuring out the game and coming up with a solution keeps things interesting.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Probably the biggest issue today is getting deals financed. The financial crisis has dried up sources of capital for businesses. Although this is a tremendous problem, it offers a great advantage if the seller can offer seller financing.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- A competitor recommended me to a client primarily because he didn't want to mess around with a small listing. It was a little 800 square foot office and to make matters worse it was on the second floor with no elevator. I was debating what to do because under the best of circumstances, it would have only earned me a few hundred dollars. So I asked him if he had any other property. He told me that he had several other buildings, so I took the listing. I leased the property a few months later. Because I took the listing that my competitor felt was too small, I also got to list and lease a 20,000 square foot industrial building AND to list and sell another 18,000 square foot industrial building.

- Tenacity. I don't like to lose.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- I would say it is a toss up between - A fool is someone who continues to do the same thing and expects a different outcome. and If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.
