We had been looking for a house for over a year, working with a realtor for 6 months and just getting frustrated with the whole process. I decided to try to go it alone because I felt that my realtor was not working in our best interest and just wanted to sell me anything, but going it alone was too frustrating. I decided to take a shot with Ms. Kitty and I can definitely say it was the best decision ever.. She is AWESOME.
