Wonderful help with home purchase

Todd provided professional services with a very personal touch to assist us with a move from out of state. Excellent communications - he researched all our requests - responded quickly - proactively anticipated all our needs. He worked with our special adaptive housing issues - caring and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Todd has always been very professional. He kept me imformed on the progress of the selling of my property. He answered all my questions. I felt he was honest and worked to give my property the best exposure possible to the public. I would recommend him to others as a realtor. Even though my property did not sell, I think this is a difficult time to sell property.






Professional and honest

I own C.H. Adams Home Inspections company. I have done several home inspections on properties that Todd was involved in either as the selling agent or the listing agent. I have also listed property with Todd as have some friends of mine. He has always been professional and honest. I don't know of anyone that works harder than todd. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Real Estate is a very complicated industry. I personally enjoy assisting buyers and sellers in being very well informed and prepared for their transactions. We all do not like surprises!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Overcoming the feeling that many have that we, as Real Estate Professionals, do not "do" anything. It is way more than just a sign in the yard, a listing on the MLS and hoping for the best.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I enjoy negotiating for property that is NOT on the market. I have no problem knocking on a door. I have recently procured an additional 40 acres for a local horse farm that was not for sale. Great experience.
What is your best characteristic?
Integrity. This is the way that we conduct ourselves when we think that no one is watching. I will always do what is right. You may not like the information that I provide, but it will always be the truth.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My family. I live for them.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Never back down for a position that you know is the right way to be.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Wherever my wife and children are.
