- Licensed 2003 and my husband and I bought and sold several properties since 1984.

- Average home price in northern Kentucky is around $215,000 with average days on market about 90.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I truly enjoy helping clients in their home selling and buying process. I strive to give my clients outstanding service! I enjoy being their concierge from beginning to after closing. I love introducing buyers to this wonderful community.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Helping sellers recognize the market value of their home and to emotionally detach themselves to see their home as a potential buyer.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- A client was being transferred out of state and needed their home sold as quickly as possible. Because they completed my checklist of preparing their home for the market, we were able to get top dollar and their home was sold in 21 days! It took away their stress of paying two mortgages! Wonderful!
- What is your best characteristic?
- When my clients call me, I answer! I am observant and listen to my client's wants/needs. I am a native Northern Kentuckian - I know the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati, OH area which helps me really know the market and get a buyer in a home that will best suit them.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My husband, children and my faith.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- "turn your back on the negative in life; face the positive and focus on the good"
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I would live right here in the tri-state - a second beach home would be nice too! :-)
