Randy Hassler helped us purchase our home this year. We were moving from out of state and we could not have dreamed of someone who truly bent over backwards to make us a priority and happily spent countless hours showing us homes with difficult schedules having to drive back and forth out of state to do so. Randy is detail oriented and you never have to ask twice for an answer and she is usually two steps ahead of anything you could need! This woman is a slumlord. Stay away!

Stay away from her! This agent is completely unprofessional, she wouldn't tell you those problems of the house that are not on the surface. She would change her attitude once she gets your money! She made us overpaid 50 thousands on the house we purchased. Now we have to spend another few thousands for repairing the celling and the floor. Unfortunately, 1 is the lowest score, otherwise, I would rate her some negative.

We just moved out of a apartment located in Topeka. We three people spent a whole 8 hours for cleaning, shampooed the carpet, vacuumed the basement, cleaned the refrigerator,did everything we could. Still, she took all our deposit. Very greedy!

After reading the first review I felt compelled to write...almost the same thing happened to us except our realtor knew where Rene lived and went to his house. We did end up getting the house we wanted. This was four years ago. I really could go on and on about the unethical behavior of this man, but bottom line Do not sell or buy a house with this agent!!!!

Jacob allowed the family purchasing my home to move in before closing without my knowledge. He denied knowing it until I went there and they were moved in. I had to call Coldwell Banker to have Jerry Long step in to get a rental agreement agreement and payment. In the time my house was listed with Jacob, I had a bottle of Percasets disappear from my medicine cabinet. Don't know where they went, but I found it suspicious.

After putting a bid on a house being sold by RENE TINAJERO, we countered a few times with the sellers over the phone and verbally agreed on a price. RENE TINAJERO said he would send signed contracts. In good faith, we put notice on our rental and cashed out stocks for our down payment. After two days of avoiding our phone calls, RENE TINAJERO called us saying he showed what we thought was our house to someone else (and allegedly revealed our bid) and they offered more so he was selling it to them unless we provided more money. RENE TINAJERO is an extremely unethical real estate agent. Do NOT buy from him or his firm, LAND KANSAS REAL ESTATE, which obviously condones this despicable behavior. Not only are we embarassed because we shared with family and friends that we had bought a home, but RENE TINAJERO's disingenuous and possibly illegal actions has us disenchanted with the process of buying a home all together. Who can we trust?

Bob was a great help in finding me a home and the financing for it. highly recommended!
