- Negative National Media. Topeka is a very conservative area; we haven't seen the dramatic swings in the market.

- My first transaction (15 years ago) was a Forty something gentleman who had just gone through a divorce and had won custody of his teenage kids. He didn't think he could buy a home for them. I found them a great little ranch home. At the closing table I noticed he was crying with joy. I knew right there and then this was for me.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Creative and I never give up.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My Father. He has worked hard since he was 8 years old in the silver mines of Nevada.

- he who rolls up his sleeves, seldomly loses his shirt. :-)
