Judy is the best!!
I have had the fortunate experience of working with Judy several times, both buying and selling and there is no one quite like her!! We have ridden the roller coaster of the real estate market together spanning from 1999 to my most recent real estate sale transaction this last March, 2011. The most recent should have been a very scary deal because of the economy but it turned out favorably and successful like it always does when Judy is involved. Her dedication to getting my property sold or helping me find a new home (and I'm really picky) has been unmatched to any other Realtor testimonials that I have ever heard of. We were connected with Judy through other friends who had bought and sold homes with her in the past and she truly led us to the home of our dreams. She was incredibly patient throughout our search and she has a keen eye for all of the important things around a house that, as a buyer, you are not always taking note of. Very Helpful
Although KC is not a HUGE city, there are many smaller and unique pocket cities or neighborhoods. Judy is very much in touch with the areas she specializes in, and actually helped me sell (quickly) my previous home which I considered to be in "in the sticks". Judy is relentless and has great ideas tailored to your specific needs to get the job done. I would use Judy again in a heartbeat.

Judy was recommended by a friend, and she helped us find our Olathe home 5 years ago.
