Kelly is an emotionally unstable person. My husband and I decided not to go with one of her rental properties because she was really rude and she drove off with our rental application fee and unfinished application after she went on a 10 minute rant and cursed my husband out. There are other great realtors in the kansas city area and you should find another one that isn't crazy!

I don't know who "BS" is, but his initials speak loudly about what he is doing. I know this Real Estate agent, Danna, very well. Her reputation is highly regarded and she is a well sought after agent. She has handle all my property request since 2000; she's a hard worker; a great networker; and always finds the right properties for her clients. One would be insane not to have her on their team. Her forte is Property Development and she has a list that's a mile long of successful transactions. She is also an amazing Woman of God, raising her three children by herself and still having time to pray and minister to others. One could listen to gossip or pick up the phone and speak with Danna. She will gladly find the right property for you.

I originally called Rita from a sign we saw on one of her properties. It wasn't right for us but she took me to so many houses and we finally found the one that was right for our family. We then allowed Rita to list our home and she was great about showing our home and having open houses. I highly recommend her.

Danna Spratling is the listing agent on a property listed on the MLS, where all the information contained like expenses, number of units, fixed costs etc. All false and known to be false before she put it out there. Don't trust her, she's a good liar and cheat.
