I was contacted through email and phone by Megan Irvine because of my interest in investment property. I did not end up buying from her or anyone, but, I told my stepdaughter she seemed nice and I thought Katie should contact her. Megan showed her several properties and my stepdaugher wrote up a contract and part of the contract was to have the roof on the garage fixed. The day of the walk-thru Megan acted put out. It was her wedding anniversary and seemed upset she was even there, at the last minute, she had requested that my stepdaughter do it another day. There was a large entertainment center in the basement and I asked Katie if she wanted it removed by the seller and Megan flippantly remarked that if she did't want it just get rid of it. It was big and heavy and Megan didn't seem to care. My husband looked at the roof and said it didn't look like they had fixed it. But Megan assured us that everything had been fixed. As it turned out it wasn't and now it is leaking, has ruined the garage door opener and 2 estimates have come in to fix the roof. One at $1500 and another at $1700. Right after buying the home, Katie contacted Megan saying the roof had not been fixed and Megan said it wasn't her problem, it was Katie's problem, she was the homeowner.

Agent started off helpful, but once closing came around he was very rude and unprofessional. He was supposed to act as a transaction broker for the seller and I, but he was more so concerned with the interest of seller. Once closing was accomplished he revealed his true colors and I believe this was just a case of a realtor trying to get a property off his hands.

What an amazing home purchase experience...I've been through it before and this we such a smooth process. Joel made it fun and still protected my interests. He is a super negotiator, has an unrelentless drive, and has the highest level of integrity. Plus, he knows his stuff. There isn't anything about the market that was a surprise to me. Finally, he gets results, and that is what mattered to me most. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.
