LL buy a previous house with Samuel N Lind and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Agent started off helpful, but once closing came around he was very rude and unprofessional. He was supposed to act as a transaction broker for the seller and I, but he was more so concerned with the interest of seller. Once closing was accomplished he revealed his true colors and I believe this was just a case of a realtor trying to get a property off his hands.
