Susan worked with my husband, Ernie and I for over 8 months. I think she took us to look at over 40 homes in Lawrence, Kansas that were very close, at times, to what we really wanted. However, nothing really matched exactly what we wanted. We grew tired and decided to "settle" for a home that came close. Susan was not about to let us just "settle" for any home, she insisted that we must "love" our new home. Susan went above and beyond what an agent would normally do. She looked "outside the box" and found us our "dream home". We absolutley love our new home. My family and I plan to spend many years in this beautiful home and when we decide to sell it, we will definitely call Susan.

Susan was so patient with me. I first met with her in 2004 when I was looking to buy a home. We must have looked at 50 houses before I finally decided. It was my fault we had to look at so many. I couldn't make up my mind where I wanted to live. First, I told Susan I wanted to be near a lake. So we looked at homes near Lake Perry, Lone Star Lake and Lake Dabinawa. Well, I ended up in Eudora, Ks after changing my mind and deciding I wanted to live between Lawrence and Kansas City.
