Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
While most Realtors and consumers believe this is a Buyer's market (and there are some great bargains due to foreclosures), this is in reality a Seller's market due to the low inventory and high percentage of asking price to SOLD price ratio. Call 785-393-2274 for more details.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love helping people get the information they deserve to have when buying and selling real estate. Lawrence Kansas Homes for sale have such a wide variety in market values that a full time Realtor is needed to make the right decisions. I love being innovative and changing the way real estate is bought and SOLD to benefit consumers.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Getting the "secret pricing" method into the hands of home sellers. If you don't select me as your Realtor, at least call me to benefit from the crucial "secret pricing" methods I use to sell homes faster.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
One of my clients has now bought four houses with me as his exclusive buyer agent and has saved a total of almost $180,000 -- that's $45,000 on average for each house!!

Who or what inspires you the most?
Solid work ethic

What is the best advice you ever received?
It was actually negative advice that nothing would ever come of a long distance relationship when I was dating my wife back in 1974. We have now been married 34 years, have 4 kids, and 8 grandkids. Sometimes being told it can't be done that way, has been the motivation to find a solution to make something work. I find solutions when it comes to Lawrence Kansas area real estate homes for sale.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
My wife and I are very content with our home in Lawrence Kansas. It just so happened to be the first home I showed in real estate yet we did not buy it for another year. Fortunately, no one else wanted the house and it was still available to us.
