- Helping people to help themselves brings me great satisfaction. When a seller is upside down in their home and I can help them negotiate a settlement with their lender and get out from under the crushing debt, I feel a sense of satisfaction.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The issure of loyalty. When I pour my heart into a transaction and the client is lead to believe that I haven't tried my best. That is the most challenging issue that I would face.

- There are many. I've been selling real estate since 1985. I've seen good markets and tough markets. My clients appreciate my years of experience and my willingness to hang on till the deal is finished.

- My honesty. Sometimes I am not as tactful as I should be, but I will tell you the truth.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Jesus Christ inspires me as he was self sacrificing and did the very best that he could for others.

- Smile, smile, smile.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Kansas. The soil is black and rich. The people are friendly for the most part. We have four seasons so life never gets boring..
