Comments: "Every agent i went to laughed me out of there office when I told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. Cynthia Jones showed me what homes were going for in the area. She gave me an idea of what was reasonable. She allowed me to make a decision as to an offer I was happy and comfortable with. With alot of negotiating,time and effort on her part I got the house!!!"
