Just wanted to leave a comment saying that Darla Delk was very nice and really helped us with the purchase of our house. We ran into a couple of problems with our inspections and she made sure both of the concerns were fixed. She was easy to contact and always called us back promptly if we couldnt reach her. We are very happy with our home.

Amy gives realtors a bad name. She made misrepresentations about her listing in her advertising. When questioned, she lied. When problems arose, she lied. When she was caught in her lies, she was rude rather than apologetic. Do not work with her!

There are so many experienced agents who listen to their clients and learn what is required and desired ... There are so many agents who are skilled at negotiating for their clients.... Amy Benigni is not one of them. My family found our beautiful new home through another agent!!!

What a wonderful team to work with! I couldn't ask for a team that worked harder for me & my husband. Rob was extremely helpful in finding homes in our price range and in our requirements. We had a bit of a crazy schedule, but he always did his best to accommodate our schedule. We really loved the HBM internet viewing service too.

This agent is by far the most unprofessional business person I have ever experienced. Agree with comment "doesn't take highest offer". Doesn't return phone calls. AWFUL!
