A native of Indiana, I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1967. For several years after acquiring my license, I taught real estate classes and helped many new licensees. After teaching I became the Broker-Manager for an independent brokerage firm. Later I was selected as Broker/Manager for the Greater Indianapolis Housing Development Corporation. For the last eight years my primary business has been as a buyer’s agent and listing agent for REO properties. My contribution to my community is being a good neighbor and actively engaging with local youth. Through discussion, I try to instill a sense of value and priority so that they may realize their goals and aspirations.
