BK buy a previous house with David Hill Weiss and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We hired Weiss Homes and they breached the contract. We were forced to sue and the jury also found them guilty of fraud in May 2009. If that wasn't enough, they are in defiance of the court order not having paid the judgment timely (or at all yet).
