I bought with Del a few weeks ago. He is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about him. I was a first-time homebuyer with a relatively small budget, but I never felt like he was making my search less of a priority than his other clients. He is very knowledgeable about the area and really listened to my needs and wants in a home. I never felt pressured or rushed and he was very helpful as I learned what exactly is involved in the process of buying a house. He's followed up with me several times already, and, most amazingly, he offered to pay for a necessary repair that we missed on the final walk-through. I would recommend him to anyone buying in South Bend without any hesitation!

We hired Weiss Homes and they breached the contract. We were forced to sue and the jury also found them guilty of fraud in May 2009. If that wasn't enough, they are in defiance of the court order not having paid the judgment timely (or at all yet).
