I'm very dissatisfied with the service AAA Apraisal has provided. It has now been two weeks since Peggy has inspected the home I'm purchasing and my mortgage company has not received the appraisal. She has shown no urgency in performing her job. She also doesn't have a good understanding of how submitting a appraisal in a timely manner effects your loan process. She doesn't return phone calls and has run my realtor, mortgage originator, and I ragged. Also if you are out of town they charge a higher rate. I would never recommend using this company.
