recommend using Duard for your home sale.
Comments: "Duard Avery is dishonest and has no control over his subs. His subs do shotty work and Duard won't cover his end of warranty. He tells you he will take care of problems for months; then when the time limit expires on his part of the warranty, he says it's not his responsibility anymore.
