I had a great experience while buying a home and working with Duard Avery. He was very helpful every step of the way and his homes are of excellent quality. I do not feel that Duard is dishonest in any of his work, and it is people like this Chris below me who trash their homes and then expect the people who sold it to them to take full responsibility.

Duard Avery is dishonest and has no control over his subs. His subs do shotty work and Duard won't cover his end of warranty. He tells you he will take care of problems for months; then when the time limit expires on his part of the warranty, he says it's not his responsibility anymore. He is a liar and a man of very poor character.
