The market appears to be stabilizing from a downward trend. The stimulus monies and the beginning of balancing supply and demand is improving the market in our area.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
The changing playing field keeps it challenging every day! I enjoy the people that I meet and have the opportunity to work with.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The current market presents some limiting situations due to available of variety of mortgages and the remaining balance of mortgage sometimes limits sellers. We are working to be the local "short sale" experts to help more people to sell!

Probably my favorite moment is watching a family that had a small settlement purchase a very modest home, but they truly appreciated the "american dream" of home ownership!
What is your best characteristic?
The ability to understand my client's needs from their perspective.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I enjoy "doing the right thing". I believe that knowing that my wife, sons and daughter-in law are looking "over my shoulder" everyday helps to keep me in line when I consider varying from the right and honest paths.

Without counsel purposes are disappointed, but in the multitude of counselors they are established.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I enjoy Muncie, but sometimes in the winter........Madison Alabama with the 19 degrees milder winter seems very appealing! We might have to enjoy a little more winter in the South!!
