I to have called/emailed and never received anything back..Guess he didn't want to sell the house that bad

I have known Jim Bleier for several years. I first met him in 2001 when we hired him to sell our home. He was so kind and professional and we're proud to say that he has been a great family friend ever since. We hired him again this year to sell our home again. Same result - professional, friendly, and on top of his game. Our house sold in no time even in this market and we were into a new home before we knew it. I agree with Lisa Hildago. I wish i would of never did business with. My husband and i moved into a home on 1/09/2009 the day we got married . We were lead to believe that we were going to purchase our home . We took our payment to him once theour leasewas up 1/02/2010 and his partener says to us why are yall still paying him money ? It is cold we have kids and we are out of our rent money and we have to be out 1/28/2010. Don't ever do business with this man. Terrence partener says that he had no idea we lived here he thought this house was empty ..beware dont move into 7910 caraway lane indpls ..this guy will rob you blind he wont return our calls or answer his door we are going to the authorities tomorrow.

You must stop harassing former clients. You are threatening - harrasing - engaging in sexual harrasment - cyber bulling. This must stop ! now ! You are currently being investigated by thr Indiana AttorneyGeneral . Correct ? This I know for a fact. Stop your tacticts or you will find your former client flush with legal advice and the resources "MONEY" to mount a full scale lawsuit against you. STOP NOW - or your ego will cost you whatever a jury decides. if I do not hear from the "Authorities" that this conduct has stopped - prepare to defend yourself in a court of law.

Why would Real Estate agent James S. Bleier try to take adavantage of a client and peddle to this client a 7.5 % Mortgage when the FHA is at 5 %. Was he trying to steal money like many in the Real Estate industry ? Does he always dupe clients ? Please post here if you have been conned by this man.

Mr. Albrecht provided value like no other agent. I especially appreciated the complete absence of communication during the sales process which required me to constantly follow up and initiate contacts. The only time I heard from him was when there was something in it for him. No wonder his wife left him and issued a restraining order on him.

I have been studying aliens for many years now and I think I've found some in Fishers, IN. I think the guy I purchased a home from is an alien tooo. His eyes glow and my cat got scared when he came around. My TV signal messed up also. I wander how many of them are here among us.

I am very sorry for writing such hideous things about Jim and his lawyer. I actually accused the judge, who ruled in Jim's favor of being dirty. James Smith is Bleier's fat ass lawyer and I doubt very much if he bought a home from the jerk.

I sold a home on contract to Carol Ann Schomburg, who was recently evicted by the court due to non payment. Now she is mad and making false reports on sites like this, using Dana Smith and Carol Ann as aliases. She's a disturbed, divorced woman with too much time on her hands and contempt for everyone involved in the transaction. She filed a complaint with the Attorney General against her mortgage lender and accused the judge who evicted her of being dirty. When I took possession of the home the place was soiled with animal waste from her cats and dogs; disgusting. According to the neighbors her daughter and her fought constantly and on occasion threw things, which damaged the walls and doors. This woman lived like swine. I attempted to remedy this matter with IncredibleAgents.com but they never responded.

Now I get threatening emails sent to work from him for writing to this website.

I would not recommend dealing with James Bleier. I lost thousands of dollars in a land contract with this guy!

Rick sold our home in Indianapolis and represented us during closing, as we live on the West Coast. He was always very courteous by phone and emails. He always returned our calls promptly and was very professional and helpful regarding the sale of our home. We couldn't have sold our home without him.

My faith in Realtors had been fully restored until I had the dubious pleasure of dealing with Mr. Gary Robinson of Realty Executives. Gary repeatedly lied to my realtor as well as myself on a number of occasions. We caught Mr. Robinson in roughly 4 or 5 bold faced lies and contradictions. Along with his lack of follow thru, Mr. Robinson possesses poor communication and people skills as well as many other verifiable character flaws. If you can avoid doing business with Gary Robinson and his office, I strongly encourage you to do as such.
