Buying from this agent... Unresponsive, would take days to respond to calls. Lied about repairs that clearly hadn't occured. Yelled at my agent multiple times, wrote nasty emails (which I am happy to share with anyone interested in reading). Withdrew our offer because his attitude and complete lack of respect wasn't worth made me not want to sit across from him at closing. I wish I could give a -10 on courtesy, it was my biggest issue!!

I have contacted Eddie regarding a house and have never recieved a return phone call or e-mail. Very bad customer relations.
