This agent is by far the most unprofessional business person I have ever experienced. Agree with comment "doesn't take highest offer". Doesn't return phone calls. AWFUL!

I don't believe that the person that put that bad review of LaMar actually worked with him. He is one of the most honest and honorable agents I have ever had the experience of working with. He was extremely ethical and honest, he helped me offer on a property that he had as a listing. We did not get an accepted offer because another buyer offered more...If he was underhanded and was willing to help other agents get deals done, I would think he would have done the same for me. If I ever sell a house, he is the only agent I would work with...Loosing that deal proves that he was honorable and worked in the best interest of his seller and was ethical.

Underhanded would be my comment and does not always take highest bid if "relative" agent can get a sale to someone else. Oh well, that is the way things go.
