Laura Whitted buy a previous house with James M Chinn and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I bought a home from James chinn and got stuck in a loan where the interest rate is soon to increase. I was also told taxes were paid on the home for the full year to find out later they were not. He used to have a company called First Federated Finacial group which no longer exist. This man is not trustworthy and will say and do anything just to sell a house.
