who is the punjabi broker?

who is the punjabi broker? that tells lies..or gives wrong numbers & people go bankrupt after they buy from him?

Becareful He will go behind you!!

I shared some lisitngs with him and found out that he went behind me and tried to talk to the owner directly. Please in my opinion he is not worthit for any co-ops. I am so ****ed off since i have heard that he went behind my back and i almost lost the listing because of him. I thought he was a nice man and all but since this happened i think he is a back stabber and he is like a snake that you can have in your house as a pet and one day it will kill you. Anyways for all you brokers i would recomend not to co op with him and if you do please dont beleive in words, put everything on paper. In our business freidship and honesty is a good thing, bt for him i would say dont trust as he dont care who you are if he can save a penny the other way. doesnt matter if he have to back stab you for it. i have tried to call him so many times left messages emailed him, he dont even pick up calls. He should be ashamed of him self.






Worst broker you would ever dealt with

He is a punjabi brker who beleive in screwing poor desi's. if he find a good store, he buys it for him self and what ever he got in market, you buy it always over priced with exsesurated numbers. please be careful and do a thorough reseach on his name. i know about 7 people in indiana that went bank crupt because of him. he is full of lies. I have a freeind that moved from california on his reference and he kind a sold him a gas station saying it is doing 90+ inside and 100 gal outside and the sales were not even half of it. He have already under the table paid bankers to do the loans for property and so he can get away with selling bad stuff easily to you. i am not saying he will screw you too but better check before and be cautious. thanks. be careful he is a con man.
