Ken Cooper Jr buy a previous house with Richard Kent Kent Bird and would recommend them to other home buyers.
Richard (or as everyone else calls him - Kent), is perhaps the best landlord in the universe. He and his wife Coral and awesome landlords! I haven't had one issue, one complaint, one anything other than a great relationship. They make the third landlord that I have had, the two first were unethical, unfair, and basically the worst of the worst -- but not Bird, they simply are the best!
