- Explaining to clients that the house they have put their heart and soul into isn't worth as much as they thought.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a buyer who wanted to buy a house that I knew was not right for him. He wanted to right an offer and I told him to wait and look at some more houses. He couldn't believe I didn't want to write the offer. The next day we look at a house that was perfect for him. He couldn't thank me enough for making him wait and I had found his dream home.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I believe that I am very creative person and I put that to work when dealing with challenges of buyers and sellers.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I wear a ring that says," Carpe~Diem" and I seize the day every day.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- To value quality over volume and give the same service regardless of the sale value.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Indiana. I have lived here my entire life and it is a great place to live.
