I love working with people and the challenges every new house or buyer brings to me.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Explaining to clients that the house they have put their heart and soul into isn't worth as much as they thought.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a buyer who wanted to buy a house that I knew was not right for him. He wanted to right an offer and I told him to wait and look at some more houses. He couldn't believe I didn't want to write the offer. The next day we look at a house that was perfect for him. He couldn't thank me enough for making him wait and I had found his dream home.
What is your best characteristic?
I believe that I am very creative person and I put that to work when dealing with challenges of buyers and sellers.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I wear a ring that says," Carpe~Diem" and I seize the day every day.
What is the best advice you ever received?
To value quality over volume and give the same service regardless of the sale value.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Indiana. I have lived here my entire life and it is a great place to live.
