What a wonderful team to work with! I couldn't ask for a team that worked harder for me & my husband. Rob was extremely helpful in finding homes in our price range and in our requirements. We had a bit of a crazy schedule, but he always did his best to accommodate our schedule. Since it was our first home, he was very patient in explaining the process & letting us take our time making the right decision for us.

Rob & Joyce Campbell helped me find my home. It was a great experience. I was relocating from out of state and they were very patient with me in helping me locate which area I wanted to live in. We looked at a lot of homes, but they always made me feel like I was important every time I called. I'm sure my home was not the highest priced home they have sold, but they still understood that this was a big deal for me, and made the home buying experience a very fun and exciting time. They were there for me every step of the way from financing, looking at homes, the offer, the inspection and the Big Day!!!

This complaint is NOT against Pam Drake, although she was the agent at the beginning of our lease/lease purchase agreement. However, Pam left for another co., and Dean Hicks dropped the ball and did not honor his firm's responsibilities in being fair and professional. No "exit inspection" was performed, we never received copies of an earlier "walk through" inspection we were owed, and we had trouble w/the homeowner claiming we defaulted on our lease/lease purchase. If Century 21 Hicks, had done their job as property managers, we would have never been sued in a frivolous suit. Our deposits were never returned, w/no communication as to why not! We won a judgment (counter-suit) against C21's client, and still as of this date have yet to see a dime of the deposits we are owed. If Mr. Hicks had done his job, this horrible experience would never have happened! This case is on file with Johnson Co. Magistrate Court, Johnson Co. Indiana, cause # 41C01-0907-SC-00554. This agent was helpful at first, helped me look for a house. I decided I wanted to build. This is when he stopped caring about anything. I decided to keep him in the deal being a first time home buyer. I figured he would smooth the transaction. He didn't know a damn thing that was going on. He didn't help with any issues. He showed up at the walk thru and acted like we should of gave him a metal. During the process I might have received a max of two calls from him. There was an issue with the house and he sided with the builders, so watch out for an occurance like that. He made out with $5000 and not so much as a thank you. When things get questionable he is rude and defensive. Dont use him as your realtor.

i have been searching for a home for almost a year now. worked with several realtors none of which obviously tried hard enough to keep my business. i wont go as far as saying im "needy" or "high maintance", but i do like when someone will go out of there way to make sure that, as a buyer, i am kept happy. David was always on top of business, he did it all. he would research every single home i showed interest in so when i went to look at it he had all the answers. i reccomend David and his team to anyone and everyone looking to buy a home or sell the one they are in now. He has been in the business for a long time and is here to work for you!!!
