This complaint is NOT against Pam Drake, although she was the agent at the beginning of our lease/lease purchase agreement. However, Pam left for another co., and Dean Hicks dropped the ball and did not honor his firm's responsibilities in being fair and professional. No "exit inspection" was performed, we never received copies of an earlier "walk through" inspection we were owed, and we had trouble w/the homeowner claiming we defaulted on our lease/lease purchase. If Century 21 Hicks, had done their job as property managers, we would have never been sued in a frivolous suit. Our deposits were never returned, w/no communication as to why not! We won a judgment (counter-suit) against C21's client, and still as of this date have yet to see a dime of the deposits we are owed. If Mr. Hicks had done his job, this horrible experience would never have happened! This case is on file with Johnson Co. Magistrate Court, Johnson Co. Indiana, cause # 41C01-0907-SC-00554.
