Our first home
My wife and I had never owned a home, either of us. We had no idea of what to expect. Son was recommended to us by our loan officer and what a recommendation it was. Son was great from the beginning, from riding in his new Lexus to the excitement of our first proposal offer being accepted. Son worked hard for us through all of it. My wife and I didn't just get our first home ever, we got a great friend from it to. We'd recommend Son to anyone in need of anything home sales related.
A positive Experience
a positive experience. Son made it so smooth! We put our house on the market to "test the waters" so to say. Never expecting to sell so quickly. We listed on a Friday afternoon. Had three showings on Saturday morning with two written offers by Sunday. We had lived in this house for thirty years so it was bittersweet and hard to say goodbye to our neighbors and the area. With Son's professional help and suggestions we were able to get it all together and move out of state in 30 days. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Fantastic is an understatement!
When we decided to sell our home, we had no idea how quick and easy the process would be. We didn't have an agent in mind, so we chose the first agent we saw advertised on the internet, which happened to be Son. I can let the results speak for themselves. We listed our home on April 1, 2010 and had 2 offers on the same day by April 10th. Son was always available to answer our questions and did so with patience and kindness. We could not have asked for a better agent. We were so pleased that we also used Son as our agent when we bought our new home. We closed on both homes by before June.
