Credit repair sleaze.

I am writing this letter to sing the praises of Cindy Marchant with Keller Williams. Cindy is truly a full-service broker and made my house selling and buying experience very enjoyable even in today’s challenging market. Cindy paid for a stager to come to my home and make it more appealing to potential buyers. In addition, she created wonderful brochures for people to take with them after they walked through my house and had a videographer come in to film my home which made it come alive to people searching the web for new homes. Everything worked well because I sold my house in less than two months for a greater amount than I would have even asked had it not been for Cindy’s guidance. Cindy cares about her clients. She went above and beyond what I expected from a broker. Cindy pays attention to all of the details, big and small and made me feel like I was her most important client. My guess is that all of her clients feel this way. I strongly recommend Cindy!

As a relocation client, I can't believe how lucky I was to have found Kelly, through the internet and her website. I had contacted several other Realtors online, but Kelly was the one who responded first and started working in my behalf before I ever met her or set foot in Indiana. As a first time home buyer moving to Indiana from Florida, I presented Kelly with a difficult task. I needed to find something fast and my budget was extremely limited. I had never even been to Indiana and I only had 2 days to look at potential properties. Kelly met me fully prepared and she was extremely organized with our itinerary mapped out so I could start to acquaint myself with the area. She narrowed down the properties she felt fit my budget and we went on a whirlwind tour of Fishers, Carmel and Westfield. By the end of the second day, I made an offer on the first property she showed me. She was able to instinctively pinpoint what she felt would be best for me. Kelly is amazing!

I have had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Clark on the sale of our home. We had our home on the market for 14 months prior to her taking the listing. After her evaluation of the home she found we were $18,000 underpriced, that we needed to replace carpet and a few minor repairs and taht it would sell. With a $3,000 cost, we did as she asked and then she staged our home. She put a sign in the yard and it sold after 17 days and at the price she quoted. As a realtor myself, I see many unprofessional agents, but fortunately, there are agents like Kelly. Working in the same office as Kelly is a real pleasure, and I see how professional and honest she is with her clients.
