Amy gives realtors a bad name. She made misrepresentations about her listing in her advertising. When questioned, she lied. When problems arose, she lied. When she was caught in her lies, she was rude rather than apologetic. Do not work with her!

There are so many experienced agents who listen to their clients and learn what is required and desired ... There are so many agents who are skilled at negotiating for their clients.... Amy Benigni is not one of them. My family found our beautiful new home through another agent!!!

Completly incompetent. Stay away from Mitkevich if you don't want to get in to the serious trouble and lose a lot of money. I would not recommend her to anybody.Check your references carefully.
