Amy gives realtors a bad name. She made misrepresentations about her listing in her advertising. When questioned, she lied. When problems arose, she lied. When she was caught in her lies, she was rude rather than apologetic. Do not work with her!

There are so many experienced agents who listen to their clients and learn what is required and desired ... There are so many agents who are skilled at negotiating for their clients.... Amy Benigni is not one of them. My family found our beautiful new home through another agent!!!

Oh My Goodness - I was looking for professional direction and received nothing. This agent is wortless.

This agent is a part of a father son team, and they are no use what so ever, in fact they are thieves. They are complete con artists and think that they are going to get away with it, but they are going to be getting sued very soon. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. I would really not recommend doing any business with these guys, or really with the agency they work for either. The mortgage of our house fell through because of a shady mortgage broker that they set us up with, and we ended up having to pay cash for a house when we decided not to buy the one he was selling because of all of the problems we had with him. We used another agent for the new home and had no problems at all, and he was totally professional. Please be extremely cautious if you do for some reason have to have any business dealings with these guys. They will take you for all that your worth!

This representativesn acts the part but can't do the job.

I was let down with Amy Benigni. She was rushed, rude and overall arrogant. Wasted our time .. but found another representative who helped close the deal on a wonderul odl estate in the northern suburbs.
