- Time. It seems liek there is always something more to get done thatn there is time in the day.

- I help a young man avoid foreclosure. I worked hand in hand with the bank to make sure he was able to sell the home and not have any debt reflect on his creidt.

- Praise. It is nice to hear that you are doing a good job. It makes you work harder when you know you are appreciated for the value you bring.

- Stay positive, keep you head down and focus on doing the best job you can do. Do not compare yourself to others.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Honestly, I like living here where I grew up and knowing that I can run into friends and family at the grocery store. I do like Southern hospitality so maybe Charleston, S.C. when I retire.
