I rented an apartment from AM Relocation using JJ Canull as the realator representing the renter. What a mess! I can say without hesitation JJ is the worst realtor I have ever met. He would not return phone calls, wouldn't return emails, didn't keep his promise on several issues (installing window screens, fixing large hole in the bathroom wall, leaking and mold in the walls, returning security deposit, etc.). I get the sense that JJ feels he is very clever and more intelligent than others causing this strange dynamic of that he doesn't need to do what he says he will do. I couldn't agree more with the review above. I would avoid any business dealings with JJ Canull or AM Relocation.

JJ is a very unprofessional realtor who is incredibly difficult to deal with. Other agents in the area have expressed the same opinion about his reputation. During our time dealing with JJ, he did not respond in a very timely fashion, did not act on things that were important and required immediate action, and was unprepared to handle the entire buying/selling process. JJ showed up to closing without any materials, and when he was required to present some additional paperwork everyone needed, he simply didn't have it, and the buyer's agent had to produce the documents. Many times during the negotiation, there were questionable inaccuracies being thrown around, and he did little to check their validity. He mistakenly listed the property as sold before closing had happened, and even mis-listed prices in the national database, which took effort to clear up. Additionally, many factors that were necessary for him to do before closing were not taken care of, despite having 30 days.
