Bad/inadequate appraisal

Anne Hurley was assigned to do our appraisal through our bank. She is very inadequate and did not do proper research in regard to comparables in our area. She devalued our property 16% by lack of research (per other banks/appraisers) in the area. She stated at the time of the appraisal that if our appraisal did not turn out good, we could get someone else. Well here's an idea ... if someone else has to come out to re-do the job you are doing .. perhaps you are not truly qualifed to be doing the job you are getting paid for. Just a thought. Hopefully the bank we were dealing with can get her company off their recommended list, so no one else will have to deal with a deficient appraisal. Do not use this company.
