- The average in Winnetka is approximately $1.1 million. Of course, we have homes listed from $300,00
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love working with people and helping guide them along the way. The process can be daunting but I try to make it fun, whether working with sellers or buyers.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- It's important, when working with sellers, to help them understand the market and not price themselves out of consideration. Overpricing is one of the biggest issues I encounter.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- It was great to have a broker's open house and walk out the door afterwards to have another agent waiting with an offer! It was gratifying to have worked with a young couple for almost two years and finally help them find the perfect home! Lots of great stories.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am easy to work with - no pressure, no pushing. I'll tell you like it is.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My children.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- "Watch out for the other guy" - it has to do with driving, but it's a good life lesson.
