Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
It's very rewarding to me to help those that do not understand the markets and the home buying or selling process. I close the gap by informing them on every aspect of the purchase, lease or sale.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Having to work with individuals that do not hold very high standards as far as morals and ethics.

Having to negotiate both a buy and sell for one client at the same time! AND making it work so everyone is happy and to close BOTH deals on the same day!
What is your best characteristic?
Ethical, honest, diligent and response time. For me it's all about the "client and service".
