MrChevy buy a previous house with Linda E Conde and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
MY wife and I rented a home from LINDA CONDE and it was a NIGHTMARE the bathroom floor fell in and it took her 6months to repair it(still was a cheap un safe repair)our basement flooded and we lost all of our belongings however the worst part about it is the equipment in the basement(hotwater heater,dehumidifier etc...)was never changed after the flood which lead to mold.. I DO NOT RECCOMEND USING HER FOR ANYTHING .....JUST THINK WE ONLY RENTED AND EXPERIENCED THESE PROBLEMS WHAT COULD SHE BE SELLING YOU????
