- When I finally convinced one of my clients that they couldn't listen to the wife's father for help. He lived in Chicago, and was giving them all the wrong advice on how to buy a home in our area. We had lost two offers, because the father told them what they should offer. When I finally got them to listen to me, we found a great house, they followed my advice, made an offer, got it accepted, and they fell in love with their new home.

- I love living in Illinois, we get to sample all the climates of the country, and if you don't like it now, just wait a few minutes,and it will be different. Being centrally located in the country, makes it easy to visit both costs, and every point in between.
