Roger Nesch is a horrible agent in Springfield, Il. He is a rude and horrible person to do any business with. I highly DO NOT recommend

I would not recommend anyone ever rent from this person. After I DID NOT break the lease in any way she refused to return my deposit. It took me a month to get her to admit she even owed me money and even then she tried to get off as cheap as possible. After she finally realized I was going to get my deposit back in court anyway she decided to get me my deposit back, after she took longer than her lease gave her. She doesn't check messages further pushing the process back. Even then she screwed me out of part of my deposit without ever bringing it up through out many phone calls. DO NOT RENT FROM!!!

Working with Roger seemed stressful. Often times he came off rude and agressive. Treating others with respect, should be part of his job.

dont buy anything from this woman. she has no knowledge of the current condition of the housing market and she is out just to make a sale. conditions of the house in question are no issue to this so called real estate agent.

When buying a home, especially as a first time homebuyer you tend to have a million questions. Luckily through a friends recommendation we found Troy. Troy not only had the answers to our multitude of questions but had the patience to deal with my incessant worrying. Whether it was about home buyers credits, the conditions of the homes we looked at or just how to get the most bang for our buck we were at ease the entire time. I don't give high praise often, in fact most people say I am kind of a jerk. So when I say that Troy Roark is by far the best realtor i've dealt with, it should be taken as fact. Here I am 5 months after buying my home and I still talk to Troy regularly and he still is a fountain of information and advice when I need it.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and didn't know much about the home buying process or where to start. We met Troy at work and became friends, so we knew exactly who to call when it came time to buy our first home. Troy exceeded our expectations! He kept us well informed of all the things we would have to do to get a house. He informed us of different loans we could get & even pointed us in the direction of a loan officer, which made things very easy for us. He didn't pressure us, he worked with our schedules as best as he could, and he was very helpful in helping find a house best suited for us. Thanks to him we found our dream house and could not be happier!

My experience with Mr Nesch was several years ago but I still have bad feelings every time I see one of his signs posted. I find myself thinking "oh poor seller" Avoid this agent.

have been doing business with for 20 years. honest knowledgable a pleasure to deal with. when rogers on your side things get done right.
