- A couple buying their first home were getting very frustrated at not finding what they wanted. It was the Saturday before Thanksgiving with about 6 inches of snow on the ground. When we met that morning they said they would look today but then were holding off until after the new year. I had been telling them they would know the right home the minute we walked in the door, which of course they did not believe. As we were trudging thru the snow drifts to get to front door of the first home the husband was muttering about how stupid this was...while the wife is yelling, honey this is it!!! They were in before Christmas.

- I am very loyal to my clients. I do not try to push buyers into buying a home just to get a paycheck.

- Even though a warm sandy beach in the cold Illinois winters always sounds good, I'm pretty content where I am.
