Spengler sell your house?
Tim forgot to read the book "The millionaire next door". He wants to sell 500k homes but does not welcome the potential buyers at his open houses unless they are driving a Mercedes and dressed to the nines. Fact is Tim, old money springfield doesn't feel the need to show off their money. We drive Chevys and wear blue jeans. I was very interested in the victorian at the lake but I will wait till it is relisted with a different realtor that isn't so rude and curt.
